Our site and the advertisers we work with gather and use your personal information in different ways.

Log files

Our server logs a variety of information every time you load a page on the site, including internet protocol (IP) address, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referrer and exit pages, operating system type, date/time stamps, and clicks to administer the site, analyze trends, track user movement, and gather other broad demographic information.

Cookies and web beacons

Cookies are small pieces of data stored to your computer which provide information about you. Web beacons are files that your browser automatically loads when you visit a page, sending information about your visit to the server which hosts the file (a server run by a third party). These may be used by the third party to track the pages you click on across our website and other websites. We use cookies to facilitate our login process because it helps us tie your computer to your account on our server and makes our website more accessible. Some of our advertising and other business partners may also use cookies and web beacons on our site. Note that we do not have access to the cookies they store; we give them permission to do so, but beyond that we have no control over them.

Advertisers

We partner with external advertising companies to display ads on our site. The ads placed by these companies may contain cookies or web beacons, and this information is collected by the ad companies; however, we do not have access to the information they collect. Other

From time to time we may send out newsletters to our registered members. All such emails will originate from us. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter you may opt out of future newsletters.

Once you activate your resume any information you provide in it will be available to anybody on the Internet. For this reason you should consider whether or not you wish to publish your email address, as it may be vulnerable to email harvesting programs. The email address you sign up with is the one we will contact you at regarding your account. The email address you post on your resume can be different, and will be the one that people who view your resume will see.
